報名費REGISTRATION FEE
參賽隊伍之報名費為團體與個人之總和
Registration fee is the gross amount of Group and Individual Fee.
團體:新台幣 12,000元/ 組,參賽隊伍最多可報名三個組別
Group: TWD 12,000 per category. Each choir is allowed to register in maximum three categories.
個人:新台幣 1,200元/ 人,無論報名幾組,每位參賽者僅需繳交一次個人費
(唯參賽人員跨團參賽需繳交兩次個人費用)
Individual: TWD 1,200 per person. Each person only needs to pay Individual Fee once. (Participants who sign up for two choirs needs to pay TWD 2,400 per person.)
※台灣團隊個人費優惠新台幣 800元/ 人
特別優惠
Special Offer
該國家/地區(依電話國碼認定),第一名報名成功團隊,將獲得團體費一組優惠,價值新台幣6,000元。主辦單位將於比賽結束後退還6,000元。
On the basis of the country/region (identified by telephone country code), the group which first successfully complete the registration procedure will receive a group fee discount of TWD 6,000. The organizer will refund the TWD 6,000 after the competition.

Each choir receives TWD 6,000 discount on group fee for one category, TWD 15,000 for two categories,TWD 25,000 for three categories if register before Jan 31, 2019.

報名步驟
Steps of registration
STEP 1
線上填寫報名表,電郵回傳信用卡授權書(繳交團體&個人報名費)、合唱團照片和簡介、指揮照片和簡介,如有其中一項未繳交視同未報名成功,報名成功會寄發報名確認信及邀請函。
電郵主旨:報名參加台北國際合唱大賽-(報名組別) (團隊名稱)
Please fill in Online Registration Form and send Credit Card Payment Authorization(pay full payment of registration fee), Biography and Photo of the choir, and Biography and Photo of the conductor via email. You will receive the confirmation email after we confirm the information you given is all correct.
Email subject: Sign up for the Taipei International Choir Competition-(Category)(Name of the Choir)
STEP 2
2019/4/30前繳交參賽曲目表,符合報名組別要求後,主辦單位將寄發曲目確認信,並請團隊指揮簽名後回傳,同時郵寄七份原版樂譜。
Please send the repertoire list before Apr 30, 2019.
TICC committee will confirm the repertoire and send confirmation letter. Please email back the confirmation letter with conductor’s signature. Submit 7 copies of original music scores by express mail service.
STEP 3
主辦單位寄發調查信,填寫完成需於2019/5/31前請團隊指揮簽名後回傳給主辦方。
TICC committee will send survey letter. Please email back the survey letter with conductor’s signature before May 31, 2019.
STEP 4
2019/5/31前繳交參賽人員清冊,需確實填寫參賽人員資料,資料繳交不齊全將取消報名資格。
Please send the Participant name list before May 31, 2019. Please fill in the detail information of the list of each participants' names.
STEP 5
2019/6月底,主辦單位寄發最後確認函,確認所有賽事報到、彩排和比賽時間。
TICC committee will send final confirmation including competition schedule at the end of June, 2019.
退費辦法
REFUND POLICY
◎ 2019.3.15 以前取消報名:扣除報名費 20%
◎ 2019.5.31 以前取消報名:扣除報名費 50%
◎ 2019.6.01 起恕不退費
◎ If cancellation is made before 15th March 2019, 20% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made before 31st May 2019, 50% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made after 1st June 2019, there will be no refund.
