REGISTRATION FEE
參賽隊伍之報名費為團體與個人之總和
The registration fee is the gross amount of the Group and Individual Fee.
團體費:新台幣 12,000元/組,參賽隊伍最多可報名四個組別
Group Fee: TWD 12,000 per category. Each choir is allowed to register in a maximum of four categories.
個人費:新台幣 500元/人,無論報名幾組,每位參賽者僅需繳交一次個人費
(唯參賽人員跨團參賽需繳交兩次個人費用)
Individual Fee: TWD 500 per person. Each person only needs to pay Individual Fee once. (Participants who sign up for two choirs needs to pay TWD 1,000 per person.)
台灣團隊優惠:個人費新台幣 300元/人
※ 指揮、歌手、樂手、隨團人員皆需繳交個人費始可進入比賽會場及陪同比賽團員。
※ Conductors, Musicians, Singers, and Accompanying Persons need to pay the Individual Fee. The Individual Fee qualifies the person to participate in the competition and enter the competition venue.
※未繳交個人費者,請於比賽當日購買單日券,始可入場觀看比賽。
※People who have not paid the individual fee should purchase a one-day ticket on the day of the competition in order to enter the competition venue.

Special offer for international award-winning choirs
於2023-2025年間參加國際比賽,獲得Grand Prix者,將享有團體費全免、個人費半價之優惠;得到分組冠軍者,將享有團體費半價之優惠。
A choir who has won Grand Prix in an International Competition during 2023-2025, will be waived the Group Fee and receive 50% discount on Individual Fee at the registration.
A choir who has won Category Champion in an International Competition during 2023-2025, will receive 50% discount on Group Fee at the registration.

報名步驟
Steps of registration
STEP 1
線上填寫報名表,報名成功會寄發報名確認信、報名費付款連結及邀請函。
Please fill in the Online Registration Form. You will receive the confirmation email and credit card payment link after we confirm the information you gave is all correct.
STEP 2
2025/4/15前繳交參賽曲目表及樂譜電子檔(限PDF檔),符合報名組別要求後,主辦單位將寄發曲目確認信,請團隊指揮確認資訊無誤後簽名並以email回傳。
Please send the repertoire list and the PDF files of the scores before Apr 15, 2025. The TICC committee will confirm the repertoire and send a confirmation letter. Please email back the confirmation letter with the conductor’s signature after confirming the data.
STEP 3
主辦單位寄發參賽福利調查信及參賽人員清冊,填寫完成需於2025/5/31前請團隊指揮簽名後回傳給主辦方。
*****需確實填寫參賽人員資料,資料繳交不齊全將取消報名資格。
The TICC committee will send a survey letter and the Participant name list. Please email back the survey letter with conductor’s signature before May 31, 2025.
*Please fill in the detail information of the list of each participants' names.
STEP 4
2025/6月底,主辦單位寄發最後確認函,確認所有賽事報到、彩排和比賽時間。
The TICC committee will send the final confirmation including the competition schedule at the end of June 2025.

退費辦法
REFUND POLICY
◎ 2025.4.15 以前取消報名:扣除報名費 20%
◎ 2025.5.31 以前取消報名:扣除報名費 50%
◎ 2025.6.01 起恕不退費
◎ If cancellation is made before April 15th 2025, 20% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made before May 31st 2025, 50% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made after June 1st 2025, there will be no refund.
