Q1. 報名費如何計算?
How’s the Registration Fee be Calculated?

A1. 報名費為團體費及個人費的總合。
繳交個人費者,可參與比賽進入比賽場地之團隊休息室、觀眾席攝錄影

舉例:一非台灣之30人的合唱團(包含1名指揮、1名伴奏、26位歌手及2名隨團人員)報名2個組別,且無早鳥優惠特別優惠
該團隊需繳交:24,000元+15,000元 = 39,000元
(團體費12,000元 x 2組 + 個人費500元 x 30人 )
(台灣團隊享個人費優惠價300元/人)

Registration fee is the gross amount of the Group Fee and Individual Fee.
The individual fee qualifies the person to participate in the competition and enter the resting area of the competing choir and the audience area in the competition venue.

Example: A 30-person choir (1 conductor, 1 musician, 26 singers, 2 accompanying persons) registering 2 categories will need to pay the following fee if the choir registers without an early bird discount and any special offers:
TWD24,000 + TWD15,000 = TWD39,000
(Group fee: TWD12,000 * 2 categories + Individual fee: TWD500 * 30 persons)

Q2. 報名成功後可以只先繳交團體費嗎?
Can we pay only the Group Fee After registering?

A2. 繳費階段需將團體費+個人費個人費一次繳清才算完成報名所需步驟。
若未來有人數增減的需求,大會將以2025/5/31前收到的團隊人員清冊向團隊進行費用補繳/退費。

The Registration Fee MUST be paid in whole amount so that the choir can be qualified as the competing group.
If there is needed to change the number of participants, the committee will ask for the additional payment or make the refund when receiving the PARTICIPANTS’ NAME LIST before May 31, 2025.

Q3. 報名成功後要如何繳費?
How to make the payment

A3. 大會將寄發繳費連結聯絡人聯絡人信箱,可依照連結內指示繳費。
(海外參賽團隊僅接受信用卡付款)

The committee will send a Payment Link to the Contact Person’s email, please follow the instructions in the link to complete the payment.
(Only Credit Card payment is acceptable for international groups.)

Q4. 報名費是否有任何優惠?
Is there any discount on the registration fee?

A4. 有的,請參考報名資訊的分頁。

Q5. 特別優惠將如何計算?
How will The Registration Fee Be Calculated if Special Offers are Available?

A4. 團隊提交的獲獎證明若符合減免規定,則適用於所有報名組別/人員

舉例一:一非台灣之30人的合唱團(包含1名指揮、1名伴奏、26位歌手及2名隨團人員)於2025/3/31報名2個組別,提交一國際合唱比賽Grand Prix 獲獎證明,經大會認定享團體費全免、個人費半價,則該團隊需繳交:
0元+7,500元 = 7,500元
(團體費0元 x 2組 + 個人費500元 x 50% x 30人)
(台灣團隊享個人費優惠價300元/人)

舉例二:一非台灣之30人的合唱團(包含1名指揮、1名伴奏、26位歌手及2名隨團人員)於2025/3/31報名2個組別,提交一國際合唱比賽分組賽冠軍獲獎證明,經大會認定享團體費半價,則該團隊需繳交:
12,000元+15,000元 = 27,000元
(團體費12,000元 x 50% x 2組+個人費500元 x 30人)
(台灣團隊享個人費優惠價300元/人)

The special offer is available to every category and participant if the submitted certification meets the conditions of the special offer.

Example 1: A 30-person choir (1 conductor, 1 musician, 26 singers, 2 accompanying persons) registering 2 categories on 31 March 2025 with the certificate of a Grand Prix in an International Competition, will need to pay the following fee:
TWD0 + TWD7,500 = TWD7,500
(Group fee: TWD0 * 2 categories + Individual fee: TWD500 * 50% * 30 persons)

Example 2: A 30-person choir (1 conductor, 1 musician, 26 singers, 2 accompanying persons) registering 2 categories on 31 March 2025 with the certificate of a Category Winner in an International Competition, will need to pay the following fee:
TWD12,000 + TWD15,000 = TWD27,000
(Group fee: TWD12,000 * 50% * 2 categories + Individual fee: TWD500 * 30 persons)


參賽人員相關
About the Participants

Q1.已提交報名表,是否可以再增/減人數
Can we make a change to the number of participants after registration?

A1. 可以,大會將以email寄發參賽人員清冊,請團隊於2025/5/31前繳交,大會將以清冊上人數通知費用補繳或退費。
清冊變更期限為2025/5/31。

Yes. If there is needed to change the number of participants, the committee will ask for additional payment or make the refund when receiving the PARTICIPANTS’ NAME LIST before May 31, 2025.
The deadline for changing the Name List is May 31, 2025.

Q2.不上台的陪同人員(監護人/工作人員)可否進到團隊休息室協助處理餐食或是進到觀眾席拍攝比賽畫面?
CAN THE CHAPERON/STAFF OF THE CHOIR ENTER THE RESTING AREA OF THE COMPETITION VENUE OR TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS IN THE AUDIENCE AREA?

A2. 若監護人/工作人員須進入團隊休息室&觀眾席,將視為參賽人員、需付個人費; 若僅需觀賞比賽,則視為觀眾,僅需購買門票就能入場觀賽。

If a chaperone/staff needs to enter BOTH the resting area and the audience area, he/she will be considered an accompanying person and is required to pay the Individual Fee.

If a chaperone/staff only needs to watch the competition from the audience area, he/she can simply buy a ticket for entering the auditorium.

Q3.一個團隊可否有2名(以上)指揮?
Can we Register for 2(or more) Conductors?

A3. 可以,請於報名表的相對欄位直接填寫,可以「 / 」做出區隔並上傳相應檔案,或是在提交報名表後來信補充相關訊息。

Yes, please fill in the names in the registration form and divide the information with “/” and update the files, or send an email to the committee for submitting the information and files.


旅宿/餐飲相關
About The Tour, Accomodation, Food

Q1.住宿及餐食的費用是否包含在報名費中?
Does the registration fee include the Cost of The Tour, Accommodation, and Food?

A1. 不,住宿及餐食將由團隊自行負責
No, the choir is responsible for the cost of the tour, accommodation, and food.

Q2.參賽團隊一定要使用大會提供的套裝行程嗎? MUST THE COMPETING GROUP CHOOSE TOUR PACKAGE PROVIDED BY THE COMMITTEE?

A2. 不,除大會提供的旅行社方案外,團隊也可自行與熟識的旅行社安排行程。
Not a must. Except the recommended tour package provided by the organizers, choirs can also arrange their tour itineraries with travel agencies they are familiar with.

Q3.大會有提供參賽當天的餐食嗎? DOES THE COMMITTEE PROVIDE THE MEALS DURING THE COMPETITION?

A3. 大會僅提供大獎賽當日入圍團隊的晚餐,其餘餐食須由團隊自行負責。
The committee only provides the dinner for the Grand Prix qualified competing choirs on the day of Grand Prix Competition.


●Refund Policy

◎ If cancellation is made before March 15, 2025, 20% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made before May 31, 2025, 50% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made after June 1, 2025, there will be no refund.
