參賽隊伍之報名費為團體與個人之總和
Registration fee is the gross amount of Group and Individual Fee.

團體：新台幣 12,000元/ 組，參賽隊伍最多可報名三個組別
Group: TWD 12,000 per category. Each choir is allowed to register in maximum three categories.

個人：新台幣 1,200元/ 人，無論報名幾組，每位參賽者僅需繳交一次個人費
(唯參賽人員跨團參賽需繳交兩次個人費用)
Individual: TWD 1,200 per person. Each person only needs to pay Individual Fee once. (Participants who sign up for two choirs needs to pay TWD 2,400 per person.)

※台灣團隊個人費優惠新台幣 800元/ 人

STEP 1
線上填寫報名表，報名成功會寄發報名確認信、報名費付款連結及邀請函。
Please fill in Online Registration Form. You will receive the confirmation email and credit card payment link after we confirm the information you gave is all correct.**

STEP 2
2020/4/30前繳交參賽曲目表，符合報名組別要求後，主辦單位將寄發曲目確認信，並請團隊指揮簽名後回傳，同時郵寄七份原版樂譜。
Please send the repertoire list before Apr 30, 2020.TICC committee will confirm the repertoire and send a confirmation letter. Please email back the confirmation letter with the conductor’s signature. Submit 7 copies of original music scores by express mail service.

STEP 3
主辦單位寄發調查信，填寫完成需於2020/5/31前請團隊指揮簽名後回傳給主辦方。
TICC committee will send a survey letter. Please email back the survey letter with conductor’s signature before May 31, 2020.

STEP 4
2020/5/31前繳交參賽人員清冊，需確實填寫參賽人員資料，資料繳交不齊全將取消報名資格。
Please send the Participant name list before May 31, 2020. Please fill in the detail information of the list of each participants' names.

STEP 5
2020/6月底，主辦單位寄發最後確認函，確認所有賽事報到、彩排和比賽時間。
TICC committee will send final confirmation including the competition schedule at the end of June 2020.

2020.01.31前報名， 團體費新台幣8,000元／組
Group fee:TWD 8,000 per category,if register before Jan 31, 2020.

1.首隊報名優惠
Special offer for the first registrated choir from your country/region

該國家/地區(依電話國碼認定)，第一名報名成功團隊，將獲得團體費一組優惠，價值新台幣8,000元。主辦單位將於比賽結束後退還8,000元。

On the basis of the country/region (identified by telephone country code), the group which first successfully complete the registration procedure will receive a group fee discount of TWD 8,000. The organizer will refund the TWD 8,000 after the competition.

2.國際大賽獲獎團隊特別優惠
Special offer for international award winning choirs

於2018-2020年間參加國際比賽，獲得Grand Prix者，將享有團體費全免、個人費半價之優惠；得到分組冠軍者，將享有團體費半價之優惠。

A choir who has won Grand Prix in an International Competition during 2018-2020, will be waived the Group Fee and receive 50% discount on Individual Fee at the registration.
A choir who has won Category Champion in an International Competition during 2018-2020, will receive 50% discount on Group Fee at the registration.

3.台灣比賽獲獎團隊特別優惠
Special offer for Taiwan award winning choirs

1.凡於2019-2020年間，參加過台灣合唱賽事且成績優良的團隊，將享有報名團體費優惠
2.分組冠軍有機會獲邀至台北國際合唱音樂節擔任聯演團隊

◎ 2020.3.20 以前取消報名：扣除報名費 20%
◎ 2020.5.31 以前取消報名：扣除報名費 50%
◎ 2020.6.01 起恕不退費

◎ If cancellation is made before 20th March 2020, 20% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made before 31st May 2020, 50% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made after 1st June 2020, there will be no refund.
